THE GOOD: The setting, view and overall vibe are on point. Very good service and really loved the Ruben sandwich and Caesar salad. The prices are really fair considering the location. THE BAD: I mistakenly thought they had live music on Fridays... but unfortunately it’s only on Saturdays. BOTTOM LINE: Great place for a lunch or dinner right on the water!
Fun place, good food, atmosphere and great people watching. Saturday afternoon band was fun, just a great afternoon.
The burger is super and the poke is creative, we really had great lunch at this beautiful restaurant by the lake.
We had a delicious lunch, including an Ahi tuna grilled sandwich with fries, and juicy hamburger with skinny margarita and big blue van beer. It was so nice to sit outside with the misters and great live music playing. You certainly can’t beat the view also.
Decided to go for a hike atLake Pleasant. We stopped in at scorpion Bay Grill the place was very busy with a lot of tourist this time of year however we were able to get seating at the bar. The waitress staff was very friendly and attentive. They also didn’t seem precious about which waitress was supporting which table. We were approached by about three different waitresses all wanted to make sure that we have been helped and that we were doing OK. I was very impressed because as busy as they were, they were still Very customer service oriented. We ordered the wings at first and they were yummy. We later ordered the sliders which were undercooked and the meat did not taste fresh. When the waitress noticed, we were not eating them. She quickly responded and took them back. She recommended the Ruben, which we ordered next and it was very delicious. The views were amazing you could see Lake Pleasant clearly. And again the staff were amazing. Highly recommend this location.
Had a great time and good wings at the Scorpion Bay Grill. Had a nice little band playing music, and my group enjoyed ourselves on the outdoor deck.
On a whim, took a lovely drive to Lake Pleasant and discovered Scorpion Bay Grill and General Store! So fun, patio dining under a canopy with misters, overlooking the lake, food and dessert was delicious, our server was top notch, and overall it was a great day! Have already told some friends that we must all go for lunch again soon! Tip - arrive at opening time. Even on a Wednesday, it got busy fast. Most people arriving by boat! So fun!!!
What an experience! Our server named Talia was friendly, knowledgeable great. The food was like none we’ve ever experienced. Poke was over the top and the presentation was phenomenal! I ordered blackened tuna sandwich with onion rings. The tuna was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My husband ordered the fish and chips that were delicious! Can’t leave h This review without mentioning the VIEWS!!! Priceless!
